Barclay churn rules?
I asked this on the Arrival thread but have the same question re: Barclay cards in general. Is it possible to get sign up bonus on card #2 if #1 (same card) is still open? I know it was possible on the US card (though approval was YMMV).

[edit] also, if you convert card A to card B, does that preclude you from getting bonus on another card A (when card B still open)?
