10 hours at HAN is just masochistic, even with the new terminal.
But to answer your question, I don't remember seeing anything like that. Hopefully you can get yourself into one of the airline lounges. Personally, I would consider shelling out the money for a visa and visiting the city, even if it's just to get a hotel room to nap in for a while.
All good advice. Noi Bai International is not terrific.
The OP should be advised that if continuing onward internationally, and had not intended to enter Vietnam, depending on origin the OP may need to prearrange a Visa or prearrange Visa-On-Arrival. If the OP is continuing on domestically, this would already be very well understood.
I have purchased three multiple entry Visas and each has been more expensive than the previous. The most recent was $100 USD. Also, be advised that even if you request a single entry visa, you may be presented a multiple entry and asked to pay for that. I have seen many caught by this unexpectedly.
The lounge is not terrific, but there is a foot massage downstairs past security that is very good and seems clean.
Taxi ride from Noi Bai to West Lake (Ho Tay) or Downtown (Hoan kiem) would be inexpensive at ~400 VND each direction, but perhaps 60 to 90 minutes depending on time of day, traffic.
Hanoi is a beautiful city. I would personally much prefer spending the time in the city rather than the airport.
