I am not OP, but with the clues s/he left, I can assume they were rebooked on DL 72 with 1h 30 mins layover in AMS. Flight status says that flight arrived delayed by 1 hour, and the AMS-GVA flight left 7 minutes late, so OP had 37 minutes to connect in AMS. Not impossible, but not likely either considering GVA is in Schengen and that means passport control in AMS.
