10 hours is a long time to wait at any airport.
10 hours at HAN is just masochistic, even with the new terminal.
But to answer your question, I don't remember seeing anything like that. Hopefully you can get yourself into one of the airline lounges. Personally, I would consider shelling out the money for a visa and visiting the city, even if it's just to get a hotel room to nap in for a while.
