No guns? Wow. Did you take the train to MP? There were 2 armed to the teeth soldiers with bandoliers in every tourist carriage when I last did it, 2 years go.

The continued longevity of the shining path Maoists and the total political turmoil, indded scandals, in recent months have made it worse I gather.
