My Citi Premier Visa got denied as well as a my Chase BA Visa. BUT... they did let me make a third attempt which seems to contradict the general wisdom that they only allow two card funding attempts.

Using my Barclay AviatorMC now. Just called about it today so unsure if successful or not.
