Yes, and it is supported by the updated wording on BA.com.

When the QF/EK partnership first happened, the wording on BA.com seemed to indicate that avios/TPs shouldn't be earned on EK metal with QF code, although many (all?) passengers crediting to BAEC reported success. The wording has since been updated to make it clear that this is correct.
