I'm flying BOS-HKG in October. Have my F seat reserved on CX. Need to get from DTW to BOS, and am starting to plan the itinerary now.

What is "quick ride"? 10-15 minutes? 25-30? I'm thinking I'll arrive early and goto Beacon Hill, or Back Bay, or someplace good to eat.

I really don't want to be stressed with traffic, etc, and will likely be arriving plenty early for for the flight (like late afternoon).

Update: Wow, I was really horrible at planning this trip! At the time, I just found some redemption space on CX F, and didn't think it would be any big deal to get to/from BOS... lots of flights to/from DTW. Epic fail, however, when I didn't look closely at the return time HKG-BOS. It arrives at 9:40PM. And it seems that nothing leaves BOS after that! So it looks like I need to spend the night in Boston. Not that Boston isn't great... but sucks after flying halfway around the world, and need to get home.
