(Yes, what I am saying is that when I input my info to check Pre-Qualified offers on Citi website the offer(s) did/does not have the 18 month language. Nor is it shown in any of the T&Cs, Additional Info, or Application page.)

I did and was not approved. Not too surprised, it was a risk. Not an 8/65 day issue so not sure if the app page still functions but kicks out rejections, or if Citi hated my recent dalliance with Amex/Delta plus the new car loan (or whatever reason). Waiting on rejection letter detailing reason--thought I'd check and see if anybody else had tried experience with this previously...
