If you're sure it was a non-rev, you should file a complaint with DL.
She mentioned that her boyfriend was positive space and that she had to run back and retrieve a wedding gown or something like that and that she missed a flight.
Before that, she said that she had stood by for the last 2 flights and was worried that she wasn't going to get on a flight. Being in F didn't even seem to enter her mind.
