I had a flight a few weeks ago on SQ paid business class from The U.S. To Kuala Lumpur where my baggage was delayed by 1.5 days. I emailed in my receipts for purchasing basic toiletries and clothing last Monday to the U.S. Customer service email but have not got any sort of reply (even an automated one!)
Does anyone know if the
[email protected] email is still functioning or if there is a different email address I should write to? I expected a much swifter reply, especially with Singapore Airlines.
