No. I checked out at front desk. Dynamic currency conversion seems to be a common occurrence in the Dublin travel industry (which is completely unacceptable considering they deal with GBP even more so than USD). We had this same issue with Hertz and the Morrison Doubletree. They just default thinking you would choose USD to pay your bill which tacks on an extra 4%.
