LH P should be eligible. I flew two LH flights in June/July - one in P, one in D - and got credit for both.

Note that the LH bonus miles may show differently up in your AE account than other bonuses. For me, bonus miles earned on AC and UA show up as "2015 SE100K ALTITUDE BONUS".

In the case of the LH flights, they just said "2015 ALTITUDE BONUS".

Also, note that on a P fare the bonus may be very small - intra-Europe P fares only earn 50%, so the bonus is 25% * 50% * the base mileage. It also took longer to credit in one direction than the regular SE bonus miles did, although in the other direction it posted at the same time.
