I have two Aviator Red cards, one of which came with the 10k annual miles. I noticed on my AA account that I did get a 10k anniversary miles bonus, and I do see the anniversary miles listed on the Barclays site as you say.

It's interesting that the wording on the Barclays site says "Earn 10,000 AAdvantageŽ annual anniversary miles after payment of the annual fee" but the miles posted when the annual fee was billed (not after being paid). I called Barclays and a rep was happy to waive the $89 fee. (I assume they won't claw back the miles since I now won't pay the fee? The rep didn't say anything about that.)
