If LGW South - to take the most glaring example on the horizon - had a single lounge as good as EDI then I personally would be happier with that than the current LGW North Flounge. There's another debate to be had about the food and drink offering, so AMS tends to get some rubbishing since the food offering is well below a UK domestic lounge - but a good, modern, comfortable, varied, well equipped, spacious lounge outpaces any tier exclusivity issues, at least for me. I suspect LGW South will get a Concorde Bar with restricted hours....
