From a First Class passenger's point of view this is welcome enhancement to the First product. There are a number of lounges where First Class passengers find lounges crowded with Gold Card holders with little space to relax.

I used to find IAD a pain, the small First Class lounge was always crowded. Since the advent of the Concorde Dining Room the First Class experience at IAD is much more relaxing.

I still believe there will be BA First Class lounges (similar to JFK, LHR) for use by Emeralds and the first class passengers of other airlines, but with a separate Concorde Dining/Bar strictly for BA First Class pax (Prems and CCR Cardholders).
