BA flights from Frankfurt to Sydney
I am writing with regards to the above booking made on the 20th August via the American Express website.
British Airways have cancelled these flights as the fare they sold the flights at was not valid. As such they are unable to permit us to sell the flights at the rate they offered on the 20th August which was incorrectly loaded onto the system by BA.
They have advised that the only way we are able to issue these tickets is to issue this at the correct cost which would be £5,645.99
We have pressed back to BA to request they honour this invalid fare they originally loaded, but as this was clearly a mistake as it was sold for £4,304 less than it should have been they cannot give the authorisation for us to do this.
At present BA have physically cancelled the tickets and if you would like me to re-instate at the above correct cost please let me know, however if you would prefer a full refund for the price you initially paid please let me know so that I can arrange that for you.
Kind regards

Oh Amex, you'd be getting such a roasting if this were my booking and you'd used that wording... Wow.
