Pretty much every Uber driver I've ever used has been helpful, quick and polite. The GPS tracking and rating system is a great way to ensure good service that is arguably better than any kind of accreditation system.

The ability to easily order an Uber and see exactly where it is as it makes it's way to you is a massive value add, the fact it is also cheaper than black cabs and mini-cabs is just a bonus.
