Really confused and call to Hilton for this matter because I had got stay counts for my mom and me by paying my CC at Hilton and Hyatt.

Then I called to Accor CS, they also said Yes.
Rudeness remained because call center people do not want to take action but asked me to wait for response by e-mail.
I love the Accor properties and services, but CS is not so good compared to Hilton or Hyatt.
Did you stay or did your mom stay. If you weren't a guest, you won't get the points.
