I have book I take with me to Japan -- it shows the typical menus for different types of restaurants in Japan, with the Kanji or Kana characters, and the phonetic pronounciation.

It's very handy, especially in places without English menus or plastic food replicas in the window. I know a number of words for different foods in Japanese, but this lets me try a variety.

Does such a book exist in Czech? Don't know, but I don't think so... Some of the general guidebooks usually list some dishes in the back. (Do you know German ... most Czechs I know speak German).
