Ohh! Cool - thanks!

New news:

<Background> All of this happened because I realized I could squeeze in one more eup if he cancelled both confirmed upgrades and I upgrade on one leg.

So after we cancelled all the eups, between him and me, he went in to try to upgrade me again. The system said "Your upgrade request was not successful" - for Maradori.

I called into try and resolve it. Even though I'm listed as his nominee, they required his AE # which I just got. Then I called back into AC and then the agent contacted the helpdesk. Then said Maradori had to call back Yeah, like I've used every single eup in his account AND he had previously upgraded me

Thankfully the agent agreed to just look up his cell # via his AE # and gave him a call. Then the agent got the authorization and then said that he can't upgrade me until 7 days out

I advised her of the eup promo, and then she went..."oh". She then had to ring the helpdesk.

AND THEN IT STILL DIDN'T WORK She said the requests were blocked at this point because I had originally requested the upgrade. Well NO, I didn't. He upgraded me first and it was confirmed on both segments.

<Le Sigh>

Edit: Still on hold. 30 minutes in now...

EDIT 2: FINALLY. Resolved!! YAY AC CAME THROUGH! There is hope!! ^

EDIT 3: FAIL. They took 10 from my account and 20 from maradori's account.

EDIT 4: Called AC, got my 10 back.

Moral of the story: Don't be a moron like me
