Last year I started redeeming BA points for YYZ-LHR-YYZ reward flights in F. I'm mid-tier on BA, but it doesn't help reward availability which I found was pretty good if I planned a few months out. More points, but the same $ as a regular Aeroplan J redemption on AC and a vastly superior product. This year, with the SE YQ waiver it's a better value proposition to book AC.
