for 1BR/studio? thats £30,000 a month without discount. i question these statistics from airbnb PR.

not a great article, is author unaware of minimum leases?

You bet that Sept the owners will be receiving letters from the syndic explaining the rules of the building and that it is against the law to rent out.

building is not fining them?

in US its common to have minimum lease etc. condo/house associations have lot of power. coop boards have even more.
