I think that would be a fair proposal. A reasonable approach would be to let those who have flown 85,001 - 100,000 rollover (number of miles flown - 85,000) into their 2005 tally. For those who have flown 100,000+, they can rollover 15K Q miles into 2005. Or they could simply offer extra systemwides just like you suggested. Similar things can be done for E.
It all comes down to letting people who stuck with them throughout the tough times know that their efforts are appreciated. Many front line employees do this very well but I would like to some effort come from management as well.
