Do I contact HGP or the hotel themselves? Not sure if they are even open. If it's not ready I'd not take the trip as the N. Charleston hotels aren't an option. All other hotels in Charleston are full or too pricey now. I'd be looking for some sort of points as compensation but am able to wait until close to departure to make a decision.
