But, I guess on a slow FT day there is quite a bit more interest in arguing the relative merits of an 'issue', as opposed to telling OP 'nothing more you can do'.
I think we are in agreement that it's not like the FT of old. In-out thank you ma'am (or not). A bit like the cheap fare requests. I maintain that most are here to help, given enough genuine interest in help.
