Please note the last two days of trading (Friday and Thursday) were not normal, with business not being conducted "as usual". This means that only BUY rates were being actually traded (not SELL rates), and the bid/ask spread was exceptionally large. Despite the rates published, those selling Dollars (wanting to get Pesos), were being offered closer to 14,90 as there was no clear sell rate (the market was too thin).
