MCE on AA is just extra legroom, that's all you should expect. On older AA aircraft, the extra legroom is a little bit more than what DL offers in C+. On newer and 'refurbished' aircraft, it's the same or less in some cases.
DL offers small amenity kits, complimentary alcohol including liquor, and additional recline on international aircraft. As of my most recent experience on AA in MCE, none of these existed.
