I have to agree with Gilbert.
I haven't been to this property yet so I can't really say much about service etc. but can add a data point about when last week I wrote to the GM with my concern regarding room size and space for our travel crib, I did receive a very quick resolution from him in under 24 hours so in my case I found him to be extremely courteous and responsive.
I certainly can understand garbage in the pool is definitely
not a sight anyone wants to see at any property, specially if you planned to partake in swimming that day, that said, it
is an open pool and by that very virtue it's open to contaminants anyway. The fact that there is a bar right there obviously doesn't help either. It appears the hotel owner and Accor have decided the pool to have a more
scenic role rather than a practical one.
Again, it's obviously a lapse in service when garbage from the previous night is still floating around the next day but in the grand scheme of things I wouldn't rate it as a catastrophe personally.
