ANA is pronounced more like how we pronounce someone's name Anna, rather than the word for 'hole', although of course we could have a bit of fun with that, if you are a JAL fan.

Most Japanese people call it "Ja-ru" (with the Japanese rolled "R" that sounds close to an "L"). Nobody calls it "Nikko," and the only time I ever hear "Nihon Koku" is in airport/on-board PA announcements.
Some older people seem to call it Nikko. I think it used to be more common in the old days before they started calling it more commonly as Jal.
