I booked the following flights through Iberia's website :

MAD - MXP in business class and
GVA - MAD in economy class

First of all, I used the "72 hours hold flight" option and eventually confirmed my booking later on.

Iberia charged me the full price and everything appeared as "confirmed" on their website.

Some days later, Ibera refunded me the whole amount and cancelled both flights.

I called them several times and always had the same reply. My booking has been cancelled because there is no trace of payment... Really

Today, they finally recognized an error on their side. There were no more business seat available on my first leg so they cancelled both flights and processed to a refund... Whitout any warning.

Iberia offers me a seat on my flight to MXP in economy for the same price as my business one... So kind of them...

What kind I do? Is that even legal?
