I don't claim to know OP or his beer, but I would guess SEA-MSP. Also it's pretty much stated in the first post.
Georgetown Brewery is in Seattle. They make Manny's Pale Ale, which I confuse again and again with Dale's Pale Ale which is local here in CO.
