There was such a small hope for AC!

I called in just now to order my SPML. At the end, the agent says "would you like me to send you an email confirming the special meal request?"...I was like...uhh, yeah, that'd be great!!

<Hang up the phone>

Go to inbox, see email. It's just an email containing my Itinerary. No mention of a meal.
