I don't think there is any airport that has jetbridges capable of connecting to the rear door of an A380, certainly not at JFK or DXB.
Most (all?) A380 capable airports load using two jetbridges, one for the main deck and one for the upper deck. Many airports now have gates capable of connecting three jetbridges, door 1L and 2L on the main deck (forward of the wings) and one on the upper deck.
