We're also booked via FSPP.
We had a staycation at FSGV so we took the metro from our place to George V
For the FS Florence we had transportation arranged by the hotel concierge. If I remember correctly it was a Bentley. The room was not available when we arrived and we chose to go and see the city directly, when we came back we received one of the nicest upgrade ever from a junior suite to the Presidential suite in the Conventino. It was my birthday so it probably helped a lot.
