Hey all, I'm 13 miles short of the miles needed to book a fare on AA, and wondering if there's any way to get a few miles in a hurry? I've already got two outstanding tranfers (HHonors and Hertz) that would cover it, but they're SLOW and who knows when the points will actually show up...

So, any ideas? I did a quick search but didn't come up with anything very positive. Thanks...
