I flew on the A346 yesterday, MUC-JFK, and found the seat and service excellent. I was able to get a few hours sleep without problem. I was in 4A and it is possible to lower the left armrest to make the seat wider, otherwise it would be a bit narrow.
The gastronomy was very good, but not outstanding (a month ago KLM was much better) and I could have done with a slightly more substantial main course (I had the tenderloin beef and it was ok but a tad overcooked). The wines were good especially the German whites and the IFE excellent.
I would say the seat is the clear winner, though.
