Question for Budget ... I made a change to a pre-paid reservaion and ended up with a balance (i.e. new reservation was less than the original one). Will budget refund any of this balance, and if so how and roughly how long after the rental?

it's not enough money (at least this time) to really get concerned about, but at some point it would be useful to know if this money is eventually refunded or if it's gone forever once prepaid... thanks.
