I do several trip per year with a transit between T5 and T3. 2 hours is plenty as long as your flight is on time. If your flight arrives in T5B, you can get a bus from there to T3 - no need to go to T5. Can anyone confirm if the bus drives via T5C as well? It's been a while since I was in that terminal.
