First off, I am aware EXP and Concierge members get a free drink + food item if they are in Y which includes Eagle flights.

Some time ago, I was in Y on a flight I believe operated by OO without an F cabin. I was sitting next to another PLT member. He asked the FA who got the complimentary drink/snack, and she responded that they are free for EXPs and those who are connecting to/from an AA/OW flight in J/F on to an Eagle flight that does not have F

Has anyone ever heard this before?
