The TRM/TRC (aka dispatcher) co-ordinates the arrival of the aircraft through to (hopefully) on time departure.

They liaise with load control, passenger services, flight and cabin crew, catering, cleaning, cargo, loading, fuelling, etc. to ensure all activities to get the aircraft away safely and on time occur. They're there at aircraft side to resolve any issues along the way.
