This means no access to United Clubs / Admirals Clubs if you're flying domestic (although you could get that with their CCs I think).
Second, for lounge access via status you need at least(!) the second highest tier, which is Sapphire for oneworld, and Star Gold for Star Alliance.

But specify: What is your travel pattern? Airline pattern? Etc. pp.
DL gives a lounge membership to its DMs (Diamond: 125,000 status miles AND $15,000 spend on fares). Its AmEx Reserve card (approximately $500 annual fee) or the regular AmEx Platinum or Centurion charge card gives DL lounge access when flying DL the same day.
