I must be getting jaded. Now I've re-qualified for BAEC Gold (and getting increasingly annoyed with the in the process) I've been flying VS as this year is a heavy travel year and I can achieve Gold with them too. They can be good where BA is not, but while they win hands down in some areas they can often be rubbish in many other ways. Maybe I'm getting picky in my old age.

All of that said, next year I'll be flying LHR-SIN a bit, and my draft policy is QR via DOH for the extra tier points and to see how frustrated I can get with them.

Some people are never happy. Perhaps I should take up gardening instead.
