if indeed cleaning duties had been carried out whilst wearing these gloves and then serving food it increases 100 fold the chances of cross contamination

it is true to say that when people don't wear gloves they will wash hands after a task but seem to think its not relevant if one is wearing gloves

I have never come across this on BA but I think they need to know about it so id write to them in the strongest possible terms
