I posted verbatim what I wrote to them and clearly addressed to Budget Air. I also posted a tl;dr version for the forum users to understand better. Im not sure why it even matters though?
They showed me they accept American express which they didn't to me this is bait and switch.

In order to make a payment, you are first required to fill out personal information such as full name as per passport, date of birth, gender, frequent flyer number, complete residential address along with phone number and email address.
