On my last RTW, the fact that I was an Aeroplan credit card holder was embedded into the ticket comments, even though I paid with Amex SPG. Add the classy "business reward" and there are less opportunities to sneak by. See the photo:

My wife did not have the same coding on her boarding card. A sharp agent would recognize this if they are looking for it.
