New In-Flight Purchase Receipt Retrieval
Was on a domestic flight yesterday in E+ and bought a Tapas Box. I asked for a receipt and was told by the FA that I now have to go to united.com to retrieve those. What?

Had to call the 1K desk and so here is the new process...
  • Go to United.com
  • Go to Travel Information
  • Go to In Flight Services
  • Go to View & Print Receipts from In-Flight Purchases
