Makes no sense why they wont retain customers but they'll offer $400 to get new ones. I know there isn't a timeframe for churning and people sign up again almost immediately, but I don't think I'd sign up for this card again. Yes, it's Transunion and I can sacrifice a HP but I think there are a lot better offers in the market.
