It appears to be gone.

Perhaps this is a result of the lawsuit filed back in January, where someone had purchased 3 tickets together, but since there weren't 3 available in the lowest fare class, UA sold 3 in the next higher fare class.

I could see why they would just discontinue the policy all together after that.
