Safaris are great but I would skip JNB except for returning after Kruger National Park.

Take the flight to Cape Town. One of the most beautiful areas I have ever seen and I have travelled extensively. Driving up the coast from Cape Town is like Pebble Beach with mountains.

Absolutely my favorite place in the world and the current exchange rate is just ridiculous in our favor. Currently 12.7 Rand to the Dollar. My last trip was 3 years ago and it was 7.8 and I thought quite reasonable at that rate.

Already planning my trip for April!!
